Pregnancy
As soon as you have a positive pregnancy test, you can now refer yourself directly for maternity care Hospital within the South Eastern HSC Trust.
Please complete the form below and email it to the relevant address. Upon receipt, midwives will arrange the first booking appointment for you, and also notify your GP of your pregnancy.

NI Pears
Northern Ireland Primary Eyecare Assessment and Referral Service (NI PEARS) is a service provided by most optometry practices across Northern Ireland for patients who develop a sudden eye problem.
The NI PEARS service is for patients who develop a sudden eye condition such as:
Red eye(s)
Pain and/or discomfort in the eyes, or around the eye area
Sudden reduction in vision in one or both eyes
Recent onset or sudden increase of flashes and/or floaters in one or both eyes
Something in your eye that you can’t remove yourself

Weight Management Service
Adult Weight Management is a 12 week behavioural change programme for adults who are overweight and in need of support to improve their physical and mental health.
The aim of the programme is to empower, educate, provide tools and support to overweight /obese adults to develop new skills and techniques to create lifelong improvements in their physical and mental health.
